Hello everybody! I hope you are all doing well this week!
Good news with the change in policy is that I might have more time to email
now! But first things first, we had transfers this morning! So Sister Ortiz and
I were both transferred. She went way up north, practically to Rio de Janeiro.
And I am now in Ocian, Praia Grande! I’m in the big beach :) My new companion
is Sister Sanders! We were already in the same district in my first transfer,
so we were really excited to be companions. She is really really sweet, cute,
and energetic! She´s from Missouri, and has about 8 months in the mission. Only
a little bit more than me.
Other than transfers, this week was really good! We had
splits on Wed, and I got to spend the day with Sister Bouwhuis. I always learn a
lot. On Saturday, we made Caldo Verde which is a yummy dish made with kale or
something with an investigator, Brenda, and her mom, Mara, which was fun and
kind of different. I took a lot of photos this week, but the computer isn´t
letting me send them.
But here´s some
pictures Brenda sent me of when we made Caldo Verde.
Com amor,
Sister Herron
